How much does it cost to collect and deliver to my front door?

Simply specify your requirement when ordering your ironing collection.
What items do you iron?
All commercial and domestic items.
How will my ironing be returned?
Garments will be placed on hangers (with garment covers) and other items folded and put back in the box. If you have any special requests please let us know.
Do I need to supply hangers?
You can supply hangers if you wish or we supply the hangers which you then return with your next collection.
What areas do you cover?
All the areas listed (see right). If your area is not listed, please contact us and we may be able to come to an arrangement.
I am outside the delivery area can you help?
Just bring you ironing to us, click here for directions.
What methods of payments do you take?
You can pay by cash or bank transfer.
How does your delivery service work?
A very simple system. Once you have contacted us an empty box is delivered to your door then you can either contact us by phone/email or complete the online form to arrange collection or you can fill the box while the delivery driver waits.
How does the service work from your premises?
We are open 8am – 8pm 7 days a week, you can call, email or just arrive with your ironing. We will return your ironing to you in one of our boxes for your future use. You then just have the choice of our ‘drop and shop’ fast service or the ‘drop and go’ standard service. Just arrange a collection time whilst you are here.
Can I keep the box for future ironing?
Yes you can keep the box, there is a £6.00 deposit for the box (due to people moving house with our boxes). Then at any time you wish to stop the service we will collect the box and refund the £6.00 in full.
How many items can I get into a box?
Larger items (bedding/duvet cover) = 2 adult items
Please make sure that you count your items correctly, as this is also our wages structure for our staff so if there are 31 items (i.e. 1 over) in your box you will be charged for 1.25 boxes as the wages paid to our staff will be 1.25 box’s.
Remember we will not be beaten on price against any other reputable ironing company in the area (in business for more than 2 years)
Do you smoke in the same room as the clothes?
The ironing is carried out in a smoke free environment, in addition the vehicle used for collection and delivery is also smoke free.
Introduce a friend or colleague and your account will be credited with £5.00. Just ask them to quote your name when calling. Here’s some very easy ways of getting money into your account and getting your ironing done for FREE! These methods will not take you longer than a minute or two.
Then, just sit back and relax while we do your ironing.
You will receive email notification every time a friend or colleague has used our service showing your account balance.
Do I need to supply my own cleaning materials or you can you supply them?
A general rule is we will use your cleaning materials, so please ensure you have adequate cloths, liquids, polish, dusters, mops, bucket's, hoover etc for the jobs you would like done. If you are moving house or you would like us to provide the cleaning materials a £20.00 charge is applied to the total cost.
How many cleaners will arrive to clean on the day?
This depends on how busy we are on the day you have requested, either 1 or 2 cleaners (i.e. full day booking 1 cleaner 8hrs or 2 cleaners 4 hrs).
Will I always have the same cleaner?
Yes, you will always have the same cleaner(s) unless they are on holiday or not well.
Can I have just a one-off clean or do I need to have my house, office, building cleaned regularly?
Yes, you can just call us as and when you require a clean or you can make a regular booking to meet your needs.
Do I need to be home or can I supply or leave a key somewhere for you?
Most customers prefer to meet their cleaner on the first occasion to explain what rooms etc you would like done. Or we can collect a key from you and you can explain then or just leave a list for the cleaners to complete.
Can you clean carpets as well?
Yes, we clean all carpets the cost is the same as for cleaning + £25 for cleaning materials.
What happens if something is damaged whilst cleaning?
In the unlikely event that something is broken, we are covered on commercial Insurance.
What happens if I want to change or cancel a booking due to a change in circumstances?
As long as you let us know at least 2 hrs before the cleaning is booked for then you will not be charged.
Will I be charged for a booking if you cannot get in?
If we cannot get access to your house when we arrive (i.e. you have forgotton to leave a key, or there is a key in the lock and we cannot get in). Yes you will be charged for the full time you have booked for. This is purely because of petrol costs and wages for the cleaner, they have to be covered.
Do you offer any other services? and how much does this cost?
Yes we offer a handyman and garden maintenance service, here are some of the services listed below:-
All the following are charged at our normal hourly rate + costs for any materials (i.e. petrol, paint etc, reciepts will be given.)
